Use of the Service

Airmerce is a seller workflow tool. It helps you import supplier data, review and edit listing drafts, connect your marketplace accounts, and manage listing operations. It is not a guarantee of marketplace compliance, profitability, or uninterrupted availability.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account credentials
• reviewing listing content before publishing
• complying with eBay rules, supplier restrictions, taxes, and applicable laws
• ensuring that your products, images, and descriptions do not infringe third-party rights

Connected Accounts and Third Parties

If you connect eBay or other third-party services, you authorize Airmerce to perform the actions you request using the permissions granted by those services. Third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms and policies.

Billing

Paid features may require an active subscription. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that imports, enrichment, marketplace APIs, supplier sites, or sync operations will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airmerce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or marketplace standing arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that creates material risk to the platform, other users, or connected third parties.
