Information We Collect

We collect account details such as your email address, hashed password, workspace name, subscription status, and audit logs tied to your use of the service.

We also process operational data that you choose to connect or import, including Temu product data, media assets, draft listing content, eBay account tokens, marketplace configuration, order details, and tracking information.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the product, including to:

• authenticate users and secure workspaces
• store and enrich imported supplier content
• publish and sync eBay listings on your behalf after your authorization
• process billing, support, diagnostics, and abuse prevention

How Information Is Shared

We share data only with the service providers and platforms needed to run the product, such as hosting, storage, billing, AI enrichment, and marketplace APIs. We do not sell your workspace data to third parties.

When you connect eBay, certain listing, order, fulfillment, and account data is exchanged directly with eBay in order to provide marketplace functionality.

Security and Retention

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Connected marketplace tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to workspace data is intended to be restricted to authenticated users acting within that workspace.

We retain account and workspace data for as long as it is needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your Choices

You may disconnect integrations, update workspace information, or request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance reasons.
